Our Administrative specialists are trained and experienced in matters of Economic Administrative Law and Regulatory law, impacting the business activities of our clients, whether in the industrial or the service sectors.

We contribute in the continuous analysis and understanding of the regulatory framework and in certain sectors of interest of our clients.


Consumer Protection
We render advice in consumer protection, contracts of adhesion and warranties, including due diligence programs, training and compliance with the consumer protection legislation and regulations, especially regarding the effects on the economy and on essential goods and services.

We are also trained and experienced in administrative proceedings before the INDECU (i.e., the Venezuelan Consumer Protection Agency).


Advertising
We are experienced in negotiating and drafting advertising contracts, as well in legal and regulatory issues related with advertising, including legal assistance in the evaluation of lawful advertising.

We are also trained and experienced in administrative and judicial proceedings in cases of misleading advertising.


Government Procurement
Our Administrative advice also includes public bidding advice, including bidding processes with PDVSA. We generally add value in analyzing bidding terms and conditions, and preparing offers with Aggregate National Content (including the technical, financial, and social offers) when contracting with Venezuelan government agencies and state-owned enterprises.
