We advise our clients on the legal implications of promoting or developing their businesses within the Internet through web pages or similar electronic platforms, providing assistance in the review and wording of click wrap agreements, registration of domain names and the defense of their rights in arbitration proceedings initiated or followed before the ICANN and/or the WIPO, among others.
