Academic Initiatives
At Imery Urdaneta we are aware of the importance of continuing legal education. For that reason, our Firm participates actively in the development of academic programs and graduate courses, in alliance with important local Universities such as the Universidad Monteávila, Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and Universidad Metropolitana.

In particular, Imery Urdaneta participates in alliance with the Universidad Monteavila in Caracas, Venezuela, in the preparation and development of academic programs and extension courses for In-house Counsel and Managers, with a prestigious team of professors and instructors mainly composed by General Counsel of important national and international corporations.

Also, our lawyers actively contribute to the development of the Center for Research and Studies for the Resolution of Controversies (CIERC), hosted by the University Monteávila in Caracas, Venezuela, developing together with such institution a wide range of workshops and academic programs in negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Many of our lawyers participate in the preparation of student groups from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, who attend important international and highly prestigious legal competitions, because we share professional activities with educational practices by being professors at the most recognized universities and institutes in the country.
